The Founding Partner, Neel Kamal Chauhan is an Associate Member of FCSI, Food Service Consultants Society International. A Master of Tourism Administration with a former specialization in Hotel Operations Management and Master of Commerce. With over 12 years of hotel operation and 14 years of Facility Planning Experience under his belt, Neel made himself a renowned name in kitchen consulting. Neel has extensively worked in various countries in Asia, Middle East & Africa.
Neel is an expert in Designing Show and Interactive Kitchens. He is a specialist in Designing Standard Kitchen Models. He is also an expert in hospitality planning aspects, corporate cafeterias, Healthcare Kitchens and Foodservice Planning.

NAVIN KUMAR
Founder and Director
Co Founder of the company, Navin Kumar is a hotel management graduate from Mangalore University in India. He brings 8 years of hotel operation experience with him and 13 years of extensive work experience in facility planning. Navin is very well-known faculty consultant in UAE and Middle East.

Mohammad Azam
Mohammad Azam is AGM – Projects & Design
A Graduate with Civil Engineering background, Azam has over 16 years experience as Professional Foodservice Consultant. He is master in Food Service Design, Design Coordination and Project execution. He has worked on Many luxury hotel and resort projects viz. Fairmont, Ritz Carlton, JW Marriott, Atmosphere Resorts, Alila etc. during his dynamic carrier.
He is leading the Design Team of HPTS and is in charge of Planning, Design Development, Project Coordination & Execution. He excellent Motivator, Team Builder and believes that Team Work and leading the Young and Dynamic Desing Team at HPTS Consulting

SAYEED ZAFAR
Sayeed is AGM - Business Development & Coordination
A MBA with specializing in Project Management, and Diploma in IT, Sayeed Zafar has more than 24 years of experience in FOOD SERVICE EQUPIMENTS . He has worked in Middle East and Africa. Market for two decade, During his tenure he was closely working with franchise owners, investors, with his requirements and he execute many small, and big projects , He is also an Expert in Project Management, Kitchen Designs Developments, Laundry Planning and site coordination’s.

Nisha bhatia
Nisha is Manager – Operations & Design with HPTS.
Nisha, is Master of Business Administration in Finance & Office Administration, she started her career with a Kitchen Consulting firm in 2006, as an Admin Manager. With her strong Fifteen Year Experience in Food Service Consulting in various firms, she is an expertise into Budgeting & Budgetary Analysis, Specifications and Tender Documents for Kitchen & Laundry Equipment. She is proficient in AutoCAD and Kitchen Designs. She is strong in market information and negotiation with the procurement of the equipment’s and supplies
She is responsible for ensuring quality & precision of deliverable, drawing standards, equipment specifications and project coordination.

Anirudha das
Anirudha is Sr. Manager – Technical Services with HPTS.
A Diploma holder in Computer applications and AutoCAD, Anirudha Das has got an experience of more than a decade Kitchen Planning and Design. He has worked with all the big players in Kitchen & BOH planning. He is well versed with all technical integrities of the hotel kitchen design and has been executing sites of all scale.

Dheeraj saini
Dheeraj Saini is Project Designer with HPTS Consulting.
Dheeraj is a Bachelor of Computer Applications and Diploma in Draughtsman Civil. He is an expert in AutoCAD and is a Seasoned Kitchen Designer. Dheeraj, in past have worked with multiple Kitchen Equipment Manufacturing Companies as Equipment Designer for several years. Since last three years Dheeraj has moved into Kitchen, Back of House Planning and Design

Poonam Ahuja
Poonam Ahuja is Design Associate with HPTS.
A Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering, Poonam Ahuja has almost 14th Years experience in Kitchen & Back of House Planning. She has worked as BOH and Kitchen Designer with many Facility Planning Companies and for past few years now she is working with HPTS. She is an expert in MEP drawings for Kitchen & Laundry.

Rahul is Sr. Project Design Associate with HPTS.
A Bachelor of Computer Applications in Draughtsman Civil, Rahul has worked with few Facility Planning companies in past and is working with HPTS for over an year now.
He is responsible for Project Design and Drawing Execution.

Bachelor of Computer Applications and Civil Draughtsman, Naresh Dixit is the youngest member of HPTS family. He joined HPTS almost an year back and is trained in Kitchen Desing and Detailing and Assists in Technical Services.

Ahmed Sharjeel
Ahmed Sharjeel is HPTS Consulting’s BIM Manager
A Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, He has almost 8 Years’ experience in BIM Technologies. He is proficient in Revit, DiaLUX 4.3, DiaLUX EVO, MagiCAD Primavera and AutoCAD etc. He has worked with Many Prestigious Projects in UAE during his tenure with prestigious companies as BIM Manger and Designer.

Manu Raj
Manu is Sr. Design Manager with HPTS.
A Mechanical Engineer, Manu Raj has got almost a decade of experience in Kitchen Planning and Design. After working in India, he moved to Vietnam and Malaysia to further enhance his design skills working with leading equipment manufacturing companies and designing firms. Manu has been instrumental in executing and handling 5 Star Hotel, Luxury Resorts and Institutional Catering Projects during his tenure at various companies.

Sarvdeep Singh
Sarvdeep is Associate Consultant and looks after our concept development vertical and is on Contract Basis.
An alumnus of IHM Pusa, Sarvdeep Singh is Self-motivated professional with outstanding skills, both as Chef & Manager. He has a vast experience of 32 years. He brings with him a rich multi industry work experience ranging from Five Star Hotels, Flight Kitchen, Restaurants, Clubs, Institutional Catering, Events, Food Festivals, Banquets & Conferences, Hospitality Projects. He has also been planning & designing Food Service Facilities for various operations. He specialises in Food safety, sanitation, Productivity Metrics, Regulatory compliance & documentation, HACCP implementation, Labour & food cost control Purchasing and Inventory Control, Special Event Planning & Creative Menu Development.
