A world class office building for Saudi Electricity Headquarters in Riyadh. The four main office building comprise a horseshoe floor plate surrounding a common common multi-floor enclosed atrium. Open plan floor plates with flexible and easily adaptable work environment with up-to 190 employee per floor with differing operational scenarios. Total food service and BOH area designed was 2500 sq. mt.
