Founder and Director

The Founding Partner, Neel Kamal Chauhan is an Associate Member of FCSI, Food Service Consultants Society International. A Master of Tourism Administration with a former specialization in Hotel Operations Management and Master of Commerce. With over 14 years of hotel operation experience under his belt, Neel made HPG Consulting, a renowned name in kitchen consulting thru his innovative ideas during his tenure of 13 years. Under his leadership company expanded through Asia & Africa.

The man behind success of HPG Consulting is now founder of HPTS Consulting with same vision for this company to make it successful. Neel is an expert in Designing Show and Interactive Kitchens. He is a specialist in Designing Standard Kitchen Models. He also specializes in Healthcare Food Service Design.


Founder and Director

Co Founder of the company, Navin Kumar is a hotel management graduate from Mangalore University in India. He brings 8 years of hotel operation experience with him and 13 years of extensive work experience under HPG Consulting. During his tenure with HPG, the company had first taste of expansion and opened office in UAE. With the success of UAE office, Navin, made company to consider other expansion plans and open office in other parts of India.

The man behind success story of HPG Consulting in Middle East, is now founder of HPTS Consulting by joining hands with Previous colleague Neel Kamal Chauhan with the vision of making this company a multinational firm with global success. Navin is an expert in Kitchen & Operation Area Planning including a specialist of Laundry Planning.


AGM - Business Development & Coordination

A MBA with specializing in Project Management, and Diploma in IT, Sayeed Zafar has more than 24 years of experience in handling food service equipments.

He has worked in Middle East and Africa. Market for two decade, During his tenure he was closely working with franchise owners, and investors for their food service requirements and he has executed large number of projects.

He is also an Expert in Project Management, Kitchen Designs Developments, Laundry Planning and site coordination’s.


Associate Consultant

He is an alumnus of IHM Pusa. Self-motivated professional with outstanding skills as both Chef and Manager. He has a vast experience of 32 years. He brings with him a rich multi industry work experience ranging from Five Star Hotels, Flight Kitchen, Restaurants, Clubs, Institutional Catering, Events, Food Festivals, Banquets and Conferences, Hospitality Projects.

He is also a Chef Trainer and has proven leadership skills with a track record of training, developing, and fostering strong teams focused on quality, presentation, cost containment, and safety. He has also been planning & designing Food Service Facilities for various operations.

He specialises in Food safety, sanitation, Productivity metrics, Regulatory compliance & documentation, HACCP implementation, Labour & food cost control Purchasing and Inventory Control, Special Event Planning & Creative Menu Development.


Sr. Project Designer

A Mechanical Engineer, Manu Raj has got almost a decade of experience in Kitchen Planning and Design. After working with HPG Consulting he moved to Vietnam and Malaysia to further enhance his design skills working with leading equipment manufacturing companies and designing firms. Manu has been instrumental in executing and handling 5 Star Hotel, Luxury Resorts and Institutional Catering Projects during his tenure at various companies.

He is responsible for ensuring quality & precision of deliverable, drawing standards and project coordination.


Project Designer

A Bachelor of Computer Applications & Diploma Holder in Engineering, Sunil Prasad has got almost six years of experience in Kitchen Planning and Design. After working with HPG Consulting he moved to Rans Techno, a Leading Kitchen Equipment Manufacturer in India. He later moved to UAE with a leading Kitchen Contracting Company and enhanced his design skills and coordination Skills. Sunil has handled Star Hotels of various categories, Resorts, Restaurants & Food Courts and Institutional Catering Projects during his tenure at various companies.

He is Design Associate with HPTS. He is responsible for project design and drawing execution.


Technical Services

A Diploma holder in Computer applications and AutoCAD, Anirudha Das has got an experience of
more than a decade Kitchen Planning and Design. He has worked with all the big players in Kitchen & BOH planning. He is well versed with all technical integrities of the hotel kitchen design and has been executing sites of all scale.

At HPTS, he is responsible for technical submissions, site executions and project coordination.
